The hotel had a very central position next to the town centre and all round a great place to stay, Leura cafes and shops, and lovely gardens.

Marvellous and beautiful location to Leura Cascades. Quite convenient, near a motorway.

Staff were efficient, room was well-equipped in closet in bedroom. Having a lounge area, a fully equipped little kitchenette and free wireless internet was very convenient. Perfectly comfortable location, the train station was walk from the hotel.

Had a such great stay iN WINTER, no complaint. The staff were good and fine and had a sense of humour. It was in a great location with Leura Mall nearby.

Overall had warm stay iN WINTER. Greatly enjoyed the room with big bathroom and balcony, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Crockery and cutlery were provided. The location was marvellous and stunning, close to the shops of Leura, public transport, walking trails, shopping and dining and the surrounding restaurants. It also was to the shopping village.
Facilities were fantastic, nonetheless Wi-Fi was weak.

I had well priced room with a kitchen. The location was perfectly comfortable for Leura, next to the main shopping street and great restaurants, Leura Cascades and Gordon Falls Reserve, and the town centre and all round a great place to stay.

This place is our favorite in the area, the staff is wonderful and the property is very clean, also loved having a full kitchen.

Great location. Surprisingly quiet considering how close the apartments are to the train line and highway.
We weren't pleased that that the 2-bedroom apartment was actually two 1-bedroom apartments combined, without any warning or indication at the time of booking. This is not acceptable when travelling with toddlers. Also, the sliding doors could not be locked with a key. Bit of a safety risk.
